The European Nomad project aims to transform traditional models of professional training by creating a shared learning space where artists and professionals from immigrant backgrounds act as trainers, mentors and sources of inspiration for their European counterparts. This approach fully recognises their expertise and promotes their professional integration, while valuing cultural diversity as a lever for innovation and renewal in artistic practices.

The project will implement innovative teaching methods in vocational training through collaborative workshops organised in Paris, Berlin and Athens. These meetings will bring together professionals from European cultural organisations, integration associations and migrant professionals from various artistic disciplines. The programme will combine human, cultural, artistic and digital skills, while aiming to train migrant professionals to become mentors for their European peers
