Case studies of conflict resolution
Nikoletta Dimopoulou, drama pedagogue
Despoina Mitsiali, drama pedagogue
Language Greek
Influenced by the sociological and cultural theory “Cultural diamond” by Wendy Griswold, Chrstoph M. Pinkert, adults’ trainer in the field of conflict resolution, argues that there is many
ways to approach the resolution of a conflict based on the fields in which a conflict is taking place.
The present workshop draws from Griswold’s theory and Pinkerts’ model to present case studies in order to search possible fields of conflicts and ways of resolution in real life.
Role playing, forum theatre, abstracts from theatre literature as well as real life facts, will be the tools to enliven specific case studies.
