This year, we will explore the "Five Phases" – a series of movements and sounds that correspond to the seasons of the year and the related physical and psychological needs that arise with each. Naturally, special focus will be placed on the summer season, which, according to traditional Chinese medicine, is associated with joy!

Anastasia Koulaloglou was born in Athens and studied at the Law School of the Democritus University. She worked as an air traffic controller. She is a group facilitator, theatre pedagogue, and creator of “Phonetic Psychognosis,” a method of voice improvement and unburdening, aiming to free and maximize the individual’s creative potential. In 1994, she was introduced to Qi Gong and meditation, which she has practiced consistently ever since. She began her training with Giorgos Pappas and continued with many other teachers through seminars in Greece and China. Among them are Tew Bunnag, Huan Lee, Har Kalsa, and Lee Holden. She has taught Qi Gong at the social solidarity association “Thryallida,” at the summer camp of the Hellenic Theatre in Education Network, in seminars, group sessions, and private lessons. She has also developed and taught a variation of Qi Gong practice tailored for children. Her approach to Qi Gong is inspired by the teachings of Dr. Yang Jwing Ming, integrating both Eastern and Western healing methodologies. She has visited China twice for educational purposes and was fortunate, during an extended journey along the "Silk Road," to observe teachers practicing different Qi Gong methods.
