Vitsou Magda

Preschool teacher, Ph.D in Drama in Education, Department of Theatre Studies, University of Peloponnese, Greece

Magda Vitsou holds a Ph.D from the Department of Theatre Studies of the University of Peloponnese and her research interests mainly concern the implementation of Drama and Puppet Theatre in Education as research and social intervention tools. Her publications focus on Drama in Education, puppetry, bilingualism and the social life of minority groups. She has specialized in the use of Puppet Theatre as an educational tool at the London School of Puppetry. She is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Thessaly and a lecturer at the Postgraduate Programme “Language for Refugees and Migrants” at the Hellenic Open University.
