This working group will explore the following questions:
- What are the consequences that dual identities can have for the school success of second-generation children in a society with serious structural inequalities?
- What is the role of education and teachers as 'identity professionals' in a periodof crisis of social cohesion?
- What is defined as a "woke agenda", in what ways is it misinterpretedandinstrumentalized in public debate?
- How is anti-woke ideology analyzed around human rights, inclusion and gender equality? How can "anti-woke" ideology be analysed in relation to the principles, values and practices of intercultural education?
- What is the role of theatre and theatrical practices in managing diversity and otherness
- How does dramatization become a safe place for exploring and integrating identity? How does the most authentic, true part of the self find its "home" in the realm of the imaginary?
