CONFERENCE 2025 participation fee

• Participation (simple): 45€
  For TENet-Gr or IDEA members with 2025 membership paid, unemloyed, students: 25€

• Participation with Paper Presentation or Wotkshop (includes publication in Conference Book): 70€
  For TENet-Gr or IDEA members with 2025 membership paid, unemployed, students: 50€
  In the case of more than one authors: the fee is to be paid by just ONE group member, based on internal agreement, while the other group members, if they wish to attend the conference, need to pay the general participation fee

Fee covers access to

- keynote speeches
- paper presentations (in parallel sessions)
- workshops & special interst groups/thematic discussion panels (in parallel sessions, number of participants in workshops and special interst groups is limmited)
- catering (light lunch etc) as in Time Table/Programme
- coffee during breaks
- artistic events/performances

NOTICE: Participation fees will be managed exclusively by the Hellenic Theatre/Drama & Education Network (TENet-Gr) and they will be allocated entirety to cover the costs of the conference.

HOW TO RESERVE A PLACE IN WORKSHOPS OR THEMATIC TABLE DISCUSSIONS

Please notice that the available places in the Workshops or the Working Groups/Thematic Tables are limited. Reserving a place for these will take place after the general Conference Registration via a personal email.
Priority will be given based on the order of the date of Conference Registration.
Once all workshops and working groups are posted on the Conference website, and after you have completed the Registration process, you will receive a personal email. This email will be sent based on the priority of your registration date and will allow you to choose the workshop or working group you wish to attend.
