Hellenic Theatre/Drama & Education Network (TENet-Gr) in the 20th anniversary of its foundation (1998-2018), in partnership with the International Drama/Theatre & Education Association (IDEA) and in collaboration with a number of academic, professional and artistic institutions in Greece and abroad, is organizing the 8th Athens International Conference on Theatre and Performing Arts in Education.

Özen Zeki

Özen Zeki

Drama teacher, research assistant, Department of Primary Education, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Ankara University, Turkey

Zeki Özen is a drama teacher, specialized in drama as a teaching method and game teaching. He is working on Dorothy Heathcote’s drama approaches in drama. He graduated from Ankara University Instute of Educational Sciences, Creative Drama Graduate Program in 2011 after that in 2018 he graduated from Ankara University Instute of Educational Sciences, Fine Arts Education Department, Fine Arts PHD Program.  He is a member of International Association of Children and Youth Theaters (ASSITEJ) and Contemporary Drama Association (ÇDD). He worked on the different boards of Contemporary Drama Association for eight years. He leads workshops in national and international levels. He still produces drama/theater plays with youths and he still continues to work as a PHD research assistant at the department of Primary Education at the faculty of Educational Sciences, Ankara University.
