Hellenic Theatre/Drama & Education Network (TENet-Gr) in the 20th anniversary of its foundation (1998-2018), in partnership with the International Drama/Theatre & Education Association (IDEA) and in collaboration with a number of academic, professional and artistic institutions in Greece and abroad, is organizing the 8th Athens International Conference on Theatre and Performing Arts in Education.

Christodoulou Theodora

Theatre theoretician, Cyprus

Theodora Christodoulou is a Drama/Theatre Studies graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has completed her post-graduate studies (MA Theatre Studies) at the Open University of Cyprus (area ofspecialisation: Theatre in Education). She is also a graduate of the Artistic School ANIMA. She currently works as a drama teacher in a public school, in which students are actually dropouts, helping them to complete their studies.As a theatre/drama pedagogue, she has facilitated the programme Remove the Power, a programme that addressed the problem of bullying and was orginised by Theatretc. She has designed various theatre-pedagogic programmes in collaboration with several cultural associations, theatres and schools as well asYKAN (Drug abuse agency). She has also directed the play ''Lysistrata'' by Aristophanes for the Medieval Festival of Cyprus.
