Two different process dramas will be presented and discussed during the workshop, each one suitable for different age students or young people (also possible for adults).
The first drama, on displacement and refugees, aims to show that sensitive or ‘difficult’ subject matter need not be taboo for drama.
The second drama focuses on the contemporary problems of poverty and child labour.
Participants will be engaged throughout in a diversity of drama activities, that provide exciting, challenging and thought-provoking questions and discussion. There will be time for analysis and reflection.
The workshop includes exercises with possible physical contact. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and soft shoes.
What to bring: a small pocket notepad
