THEATRE SUMMER CAMP “Pelion Greece 2019”
Aghios Ioannis, Pelion Greece, 25-31 August 2019
Qi Gong
Anastasia Koulaloglou
Qi-Gong enables the participant to apply principles of ancient Chinese medicine to the body, as well as the mind. Through breathing, motion and concentration exercises, increased circulation of vital body energy (Qi) is achieved. This coordinated body-mind stimulation activates the innate physical and mental energy centers of the practitioner and, as such, allows the achievement of increased levels of self-healing.
Briefly, the overall benefits of Qi-Gong can be described as:
1. Improved health/wellness 2. Reduced anxiety and 3. Energized individual creative forces.
The seminar is taught daily before breakfast by Anastasia Koulaloglou, Qi-Gong Trainer, Team Leader and Author-Creator of the Method of «Voice Awareness».
Anastasia Koulaloglou was born in Athens and studied Law at the Democritus University. She worked as an air traffic controller. She is a team coach, theatrical pedagogue and creator of «Voice Awareness», which is a method of improving and enhancing the voice. This is a process intending to liberate and maximize the creative powers of the individual.
